back taxes on land that i didn,t no i ownedi

i received a subpoena in chancery from my mother in law i 21 days to respond my husband passed away in 1997 it says that he died intestate on april 30 1997 leaving as his sole heir,his widow who inherited the interstof the property the current owners so=so-9/14THINTEREST+1/3LIFEESTATEIN3/14THINTEREST

SO=SO1/14THINTEREST AND ME==4/14THINTEREST SUBJECT TO HER 1/3 LIFE ESTATE IN3/14th interest her other children on oct 9th 2002 gave her there part that gave her the9/14th interest now she wants me to pay the back taxes that shes already paid from 1990 til now and hewr lAWYER FEES AND GIVE HER THE LAND I HAVE A DAUGHTER AND HER FATHER I NO WANTED HER TO HAVE WHAT WAS HIS HE LOVED OUR DAUGHTER I HAVE NOT THAT MUCH MONEY TO FIGHT HER AFTER MY HUSBAND PASSED AWAY THEY WENT DOWN AND GOT ADMINSTRATER OVER HES ESTATE I HAD NO CLUE I WAS SUPPOSE TO TJHAT HAVE DID ME SO DIRTY WE WERE MARRIED 18 YEARS I REALLY NEED SOME HELP THANK YOU
