neighbor property on my property
If I allow my neigbor to have his property ( cars, portable basketball basket/backboard) on mine, do I lose my legally surveyed property line by not having my neighbors items removed from my property and returned to his ? The items are situated very close ( 10 yards or less) to the legal property line.

This should be done, if at all, by written agreement spelling out for how long, liability, etc. Contact a real estate attorney.
