Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

I am currently paying the entire rent for a home for my daughter and grandson (age 10). My name is the primary one on the lease with her name as the tenant. My problem is that my daughter's on & off boyfriend keeps wanting to stay at this home. We have told him that he is not to stay there, that he needs to find his own place. I really think my daughter is afraid of him and his actions. As far as I know he has never been physically abusive to her - mainly verbally.

Is there anything or any kind of restraining order I can get to keep him off of this property?

No, your daughter would have to be the one to request the protection order

rather than you, after having given him prior notice that he must stay away.

(Yes, sometimes adult daughters do in fact have to take responsibility

for themselves as well as their children.)
