Quit Claim Deet to a timeshare

Can I quit claim my timeshare to my sister. Do I need an attorney or can I do it myself

If the document meets the specifications for whatever the Commonwealth requires for such a transfer, you should be able to do it yourself(assuming it's a Virginia property interest).
