What address do i use to file a quitclaim deed with the state of virginia, city of virginia beach?

Deeds must be recorded in the jurisdiction where the property lies. If your property is in the City of Virginia Beach, it must be recorded in the Virginia Beach Circuit Court. Deeds must also have a complete legal description, not merely state an address to describe the property.
