Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
I got a speeding ticket (not reckless) with code 17 C 6 1 in WV for 20 mph over the posted limit (70 mph ) in an interstate highway in WV. When I pay the ticket they will inform my home state (VA). Will it be considered as speeding or reckless by VA?

Speeding, most likely, if that's what your actually convicted of
in West Virginia(my opinion).
