Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

My husband and I were married two years ago. He has three grown children and four grandchildren. I am worried, he does not have a will, even though he has talked about it. My concern; can his children make me leave because my name is not on the house?

Yes, they can, in due course after his death. There are alternatives to prevent this; one would be to put your name on the deed, which may cause a lot of relationship problems with his kids. A second way would be for him to prepare a will and give you the right under the will to live in the house for your lifetime, or as long as you wish.
