undue influence
my sister was out of mommas life for 15 years, reappeared when she got sick. she helped my momma changed her will. POA and bank accounts about 2 months before momma died. what must you do to prove undue influence? how hard is this?

Pretty hard, but you might want to discuss it with an attorney who handles wills and related probate matters.
