intermitten fmla

when you take an intermitten fmla day, do you have to have a dr's excuse for each day you take?

No, the Family & Medical Leave Act does not require such daily certification for intermittent leave(in my opinion). (See SEC. 103(b)(6)--SUFFICIENT CERTIFICATION for intermittent leave and SEC.103 (e) SUBSEQUENT RECERTIFICATION-----FAMILY & MEDICAL LEAVE ACT.)
