Legal Question in Disability Law in Washington

Im in ADD Hell

Hello,

I am curious to see if I have a case or not. It is around Attention Deficit Disorder. I am 22 years old and have suffered a great deal in my life as a result of this disability. I didnt even know what it was until 1/2 years ago. I went in for deppression treatment and ended up getting diagnosed with ADD. I have had serious trouble with school and work and also with relationships. I have a very complex story and, I feel very angry and frusterated that this wasnt diagnosed sooner. I spent my own money to attend Western for college, only to withdraw and return 3 different times, then finally to withdraw again...with no refunds. I try so hard in life, but everything is just so difficult for me, especially without the proper help. I have struggled with impulsive behavior, depression, over spending, drinking, smoking, and acting out...I dont know if there is anything legally I can do, but if there is I am very interested.

Re: Im in ADD Hell

Before you can seek help from an attorney, you need to consider (1) what was done to you, (2) by whom it was done and (3) what you are seeking. You may need to talk to a counselor to discover these answers, but until you know these answers (none of which are apparent in your posting) there is probably little that an attorney can do.
