I have a business that I want to start having certifications. There are no certifciations given to this business and I would like to start offering it to those in line with my service. What is needed?

I don't think your question is very clear, but I'm sure our WA member firm can assist you, and you will obviously need an attorney for this.

Re: Certification

Hi - it's going to have to depend on the type of business. I'm very interested in talking with you, and my first hour of consultation is free.

I think we'll need to establish trademarks and copyrights after first making sure that you are correct in saying that there's currently no certification in your field.
