Legal Question in Technology Law in Washington

A individual is using my name as the title of their blog , can I stop this , is there any recourse?They are posting derogatory comments about me and others. They live in the state of Oregon and I live in Washington State.

You might want to start with a demand to the offending party to "cease and desist". If that is not successful, you may wish to pursue other remedies,including seeking injunctive relief (a court order requiring them to stop) and damages, which require filing a lawsuit.
