Online slander and/or harrasement

Is there a state law where someone is able to press charges for slander and/or harrasement for comments and/or blogs on a myspace account? If yes what type of charges could be drawn up?

Your statement is a legal conclusion without articulated facts. Libel (and slander) are categorized under one cause of action in Washington called defamation, there are also some other types of causes that may be invasion of privacy, but without facts it is difficult to say what you have.

You have several options under both state common law and Federal Internet harassment statutes.

I am currently engaged in a similar action wherein a website was erected solely for harassment and coercion and I obtained a Court Order which issued an Injunction against the author.
