selling urine on the internet & in newspapers
Is it legal in the state of Washington to sell urine that is free from drugs & alcohol on the internet or in the newspaper or other publications?

There is no Washington state law that prohibits use of the internet to market urine.

I'm sure Mr. Steuart is correct, but you probably don't want to suggest uses for the product that could be considered to make you part of a conspiracy to commit fraud or deceive anyone...like a government drug test.
