Service on the Department of Justice/US Attorney General

I have filed a lawsuit in District Court in Washington against DOJ and US Attorney General. My question is who do I servce? DOJ's office in Washington and US Attorney General in DC?

You maxim in civil litigation is name everyone and serve everyone. So, yes, serve both parties. Look for the acting head of both agencies and name them and serve them at their listed address.
