What is the las in washington when a person is arrested charged with several differtent crimes and he has not talked with an attorney he has asked with no reply, how long can he go with no attorney?

Well, you can represent yourself in a case so, in theory, you could go the entire process without an attorney. However, the rule is that you should be afforded the opportunity for an attorney at any "critical" portion of your case. So, there should be a public defender present at the arraignment and every hearing thereafter. Or, they'll at least tell you how to get a public defender.
