extadition

I have 2 class felony warrents now 1 3rd degree assalt involving an officer

2 bail jumping $5000 unsecure bond

if I were to leave this state and stay out until the statute of limitation is up what would be the chances of me being extradited from another state

First off, you basic premise is flawed. The statute of limitations would never run with the cases in warrant status. As for the chances of extradition, that depends on the state to which you flee. My experience has been that overtime the states work more and more cooperatively. That taken in combination with the fact that the cases would never "run out" means that at some point you'll have to answer for the allegations. My advice to you is to handle them now.
