nolo contende

I want to know if nolo contende still shows a charge on your record even if there was no admission of guilt or no finding of guilt.

There is no "nolo contende" option in the State of Washington. The closest equivalent, the "Alford Plea" does show on your record and is an admission that there was sufficient evidence to convict you.
