Refiling dismissed charges
At what point is it prejudicial to refile previously dismissed charges?

Re: Refiling dismissed charges
Dismissed charges cannot be re-filed after the applicable statute of limitations has run. That period depends upon the nature of the charge. You can check the laws or you can call the prosecutor.
