Angry customer threatens to close down our restaurant

Hi, my family owns a Mexican restaurant who serves very authentic food and had an upset customer come in yesterday. I was not present but my mom and sister told me what had happened. The man claimed that, the underneath of the hanging table lamps were dirty and the tortilla holders are not sanitary because the hot tortillas create moisture because of the particular containers they are in and that can create mold. I looked them up online and found many sellers selling this type of Paprika containers for tortillas. They are made to hold hot tortillas and if it is closed obviously it will create moisture. Anyway my sister explained that we have a very strict health inspector and she rates our restaurant at the top for cleanliness and abiding to food prep guidelines. She has given the establishment continuous 100% Apparently my mom was not as nice to his insults and argued back with him. He told my mom ''do you know who I am?'' He is a lawyer for the state and says that he is going to close our business down and he left. (after he finished eating) Should we worry? We then cleaned the lamps and went out and bought different holders. Could his claims truly hold up?

I suggest that you don't worry about this until if and when you receive some type of claim or complaint. Frankly, the customer sounds like an asshole.
