If i go deferred prosecution for dui drugs would I be required to have an interlock device on my vehicle? If I required one would it be DOL that requires this device?

YES, under changes effective January 1, 2009, even those entering a deferred prosecution must install the ignition interlock on their auto (first time 1 year, subsequent times 5 years). This would come through court order.
