school boundary/attendance
there is an agreement for a student to use my home address as her own, I have become concerned about the legal issues around it.

A good place to start will be the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction website. Just type in OSPI and it should come up. Then search for "school boundaries" and "student address." That should get you started.
