Child custody

My husband has custody of his daughter. Last december she chose to make a false claim to CPS and she moved in with Grandma. Bio mom doesn't want her and now grandma wants child support. Since it was the childs choice to leave the home, she is 15 now, what can we do so that we don't have to pay child support

Re: Child custody

If the child is living with grandmother and grandmother establishes 3d party custody, she would be entitled to child support based on the Child Support Schedule.
