No Contact Order

How will police/prosecutor know if a no contact order has been violated if the victim does not report it being violated? Will they ask for phone records?

Re: No Contact Order

If no one reports the violation, the police are not going to go searching for evidence of violations.

Re: No Contact Order

Oh, lots of ways. But, the best way is when the "victim" suddenly changes her mind because you pissed her off again, and then makes the call.

Isn't it great that other people (like her mother or current boyfriend) can have you put in jail just by making a phone call?

Next time you visit, carry enough cash to post a bond.
