Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Equitable Lien

I have been divorced for almost 2 years, and was to get half the equity in our home. I have not received anything and was told in the divorce papers to file an ''Equitable Lien'' against the property. How do I go about executing an ''Equitable Lien''?

Thank you,

John

Re: Equitable Lien

I would need to review your dissolution (divorce) documents to advise you on how to collect your portion of the equity in the former marital home.
