Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Fathers obligation to medical for child

I am wondering what the father is obligated to pay as far as the medical premiums for the child. My fiance and I are being sued for back medical. But in the case of my son and his father I was told he was not obligated to help with the medical costs. Which of these is true? Can you help? Thank you

Re: Fathers obligation to medical for child

Premiums generally are for insurance. Who is suing you and your fiance and what type of action is it (contract, paternity, something else)? Your statement is not clear on what the relationships of people are: You mention your fiance, is he also the father of your son, you also mention a "he," it is unclear who "he" is.

You should probably take a few minutes and write and read what you have written before posting.
