Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Father's Rights to see his Child

Unmarried couple. Have a 7 mo old child together, mother has a restraining order against the father and had father arrested for allegedly grabbing her arm. Father has not seen child and is not allowed near mother. Mother has not brought child even through a third party to see father, what can father do to see his son?

Re: Father's Rights to see his Child

If you have not already established paternity, you should petition for that for establishment of a residential schedule and order of support.
