Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

If my husband and I are splitting up and have agreed on everything including child custory and neither one of us is contesting it, can a judge overrule our decision?

On most issues no, but on parenting plans and child support a judge can, because the parents are not the central parties of concern on those issues, the child and his/her best interest is the central concern.
