Married in India Want a divorce from WA US

We married in India, She came over and stayed in US for about 6 months. We were incompatible and on top, she had an affair. She went back to India and we are separated since then - for about 2 years. Can I divorce from Washington State - but she may not fully agree for that. I appreciate anyone had an experience from WA state.

You can get divorced in Washington. The trick is to address the more complex issues (children, property, debt). If there are no children, property or debt, that are not in Washington, you should be able to address all issues in the divorce in Washington.
