Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

My mom and her partner are splitting up.My moms partner has raised me my whole life. I dont get along with my mom that well. I am 15 years old. i just want to live with my moms partner. Is this possible.

Sort of/maybe/wouldn't hold your breath. That person will need to pursue a de facto parentage action would be my thinking.
