Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Mothers income under reported

The mother has under reported her income (3K/mo) on Child Support Worksheets 12/2006 and 8/2007; thus increasing the father % of combined income. She submitted paystubs, bank records that support this. Can the father request a review of these facts? I don't think the judge looked at the supporting documents; my lawyer sure didn't.

Re: Mothers income under reported

Her underreporting lessens your obligation. Think about it.

Would you rather pay more or less child support? Would you pay more or less with her reporting more income? That would be "more".
