selling a car
selling a car because your husband has unlknowingly just walk out on marriiage and left no money from the only income in the marriage by selfemployemnt , is it lawfullly wrong to sell what ever you could sell just to live lilke normal people .

If the question is: Can one party in a marriage sell community property? The general answer is yes. If a petition for dissolution has been filed, and the sale would be contrary to the petition, or if temporary orders have been entered that specify how property is to be disposed of you may have a problem.
