Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

My son's father and I have a temporary parenting plan. His attorney sent me a proposal for a final parenting plan that is quite different. In the meantime, does the temporary plan, signed by a judge, still stand?

I realize this is an old question that may have been resolved already, but thought I would answer it anyways just in case. The most recent parenting plan signed by the Judge should be the controlling order in place until it is replaced by either another updated temporary parenting plan or by a final parenting plan (either by agreement or after trial). As such, the temporary plan in place would control until replaced by a newer order signed by the Judge. If you are still going through the process and would like to meet for a free consultation about your case, feel free to contact me at [email protected] or at 360.975.9288.
