Legal Question in Medical Leave in Washington
FMLA and Apartment Management.
My mother works as an Apartment manager. Part of her compensation is an Apartment. She severely broke her ankle and must be non wait bearing for 3 Months. If she files for FMLA is her apartment considered pay or a benefit? Will she have to move or pay for the Apartment under FMLA?

That's not a question that can be answered here. She needs to look at her employment agreement and consult local counsel.
