Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Washington

I want to sue the City of Seattle for violating my rights

I just won a criminal court case against City of Seattle. I was charged with Driving w/out license, 3rd degree, which was dismissed. The police always claimed that my NH drivers license was no good because I was a WA resident, because: I owned stock in a washington corp., I had once got a ticket years ago while stationed there. They cited me for driving w/out a license, as well as no insurance (since it was from New Hampshire), refused to put my legal address on the ticket, demanding that I give them a local address. I would never get any summons, so I was then charged with FTA. I have paid all past fines xcept the criminal one and hired a Seattle lawyer to get the criminal 3rd deg. charge dismissed (another $300.00). I tried to handle the case myself, but the city attorney refused to talk to me. Since my due process rights, rights of free transit, right to represent myself, rights as a resident of NH, and NH State Sovereignty, have been violated by the City of Seattle, and Washinton State, have wrongly suspended my license based on wrongful charges for the past 2 years. This has seriously impacted my ability to earn a living and travel, especially as this is a rural area with little mass transit. What are my options to sue these bozos???

Civil rights over car registration?

Well, it sounds like you've done some legal research, but your description of events is hard to follow. There are many pieces to the puzzle that don't make sense. For example, when your license was suspended did you try to get a restricted license for work purposes? Why did it get to the point of a suspension when the problem should have been cleared up. Wasn't a workable plea offered? There are many puzzle pieces left undone, so I'm not sure how to help you. Most states require that you switch your insurance and car registration within a certain period of time. If you didn't do that, then of course, that would change the analysis....You should contact a civil rights atty in your area, so that they can sort out the issues with you. Good luck!

Justice or redress

From a fast reading of the facts you mentioned it seems that you have a cause of action but the problem is that you do not detail the damages you have sufered. They do not sound to be many.
