Legal Question in Immigration Law in Washington

I am 17 and a student in an american high school. I came with a visa from Mexico that has now expired. Is ther a way to get my visa renewed or obtain some other official permission to stay?

No, most likely, there is no any other way.

What is your parents status/visa in USA? Are they also on expied visas? If so, you are out-of-status and cannot change or extend visa/status. If you depart the USA until you turn 18.5 years of age, you will not accumulate any period of unlawful presence for the purpose of inadmissibility bar, and may have a chance of obtaining a new visa. If you decide to remain in USA, you will continue living in unlawful status and can be deported if apprehended by ICE.
