Legal Question in Immigration Law in Washington

I am canadian, met my husband in u.s., then back and forth we decide to get married, we chose to marry at u.s. I have two questions:

1. I don't have tourist visa number or I-94, can I leave it blank or write N/A on I-130 and I-485. Will it cause any problem?

2. We got married now. I prefer to visit china in the near future, since I am canadian, can I back to china for a month first, then apply green card after I back to u.s.? Or I'd better to stay at u.s. and apply for green card first, then back to china once I get my green card?

thanks

Did you enter the country after being inspected by the CBP? You will have to give USCIS evidence of the inspection. Please feel free to contact me to discuss this matter further.
