Legal Question in Immigration Law in Washington
my creditors in australia made me bankrupt while I am here in america. will this hurt my green card application? do i need to declare in I-485 or somewhere that my creditors made me bankrupt?

Being bankrupt will not affect your application in the U.S. for residency.
