Re: Laid Off Unfairly

You need a lawyer who has a lot of experience in employment law. Call the Washington State Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service and ask for employment attorneys and check out the WSTLA.com (Washington State Trial Lawyers Association) web site for others. Make copies of all important documents, put them in a binder and summarize their importance in a document so that your potential lawyer(s) can quickly review the documents and get a quick read on your take on what happened. Be prepared to interview numerous lawyers until you find the one that you and he/she agree is right for you and your case.

Good Luck.
