Legal Question in Personal Injury in Washington

eye injury at local store

I recieved an eye injury while shopping at a local store. I filed a claim before leaving because I knew I would have to go to the Doctor. I recieved treatment for my eye and had to get medication. Since then I have had to do a follow up with my Doctor and an eye Doctor. The store it happend at told me that someone would contact me within 48 hours. It has been 2 weeks and no one has contacted me. I have called 3 times asking for information. The store claims that their insurance company needs to contact me and that they would call and make sure they do so. Still no word. I am not looking to get rich but I do believe the store should pay for the bills related to this injury. What are my legal options to get some answers and some help? Thank you
