Re: Injured At Major Hotel

I think it's quite possible that the hotel is liable if the openings weren't "open and obvious." Please feel free to give me a call.

Re: Injured At Major Hotel

If this happened within the last three years in WA State you should be able to receive compensation from the hotel.

First, contact the hotel and ask how to file a claim for damages. Even if you don't decide to hire an attorney, you may want to have an attorney review how you complete your claim form before you mail it in.

Second, you will need to collect your evidence on your injuries and cost. Don't forget to get a projection from your doctor about future problems - an ankle injury could bother you for years.

Good luck!
