Legal Question in Traffic Law in Washington

court days

I have court tomorrow for reckless

driving, it probably impossible 2 get a

lawyer at this point what should i do?

( heres the thing I was never cited

the reckless driving ticket. I had a

fender bender and the officer told me

I would get one in the mail, and

never got it. I have the accident

report with no citation # on it and a

summons for my first, court day that

I was informed of.)

Ask for a continuamce of your arraignment (which I assume you have scheduled tomorrow) so that you can speak to a lawyer. Reckless driving is a gross misdemeanor which carries with it a possible 1 year jail term and or a $5,000 fine plus a mandatory 30 day license suspension! Get a lawyer!
