Illegal Search
Do the police have the right to tow your vehicle after they pull you over on private property, and after you are out of the vehicle which is locked , and search it? Then use the contents they recover as evidence against you for something other than the original arrest? The arrest was for driving with a suspended liscense and the charges are for manufacturing illegal substance.
