Legal Question in Traffic Law in Washington

I receive a traffic violation for running a red light in Atlanta, and I'm from Washington State. I did not fight it and have not paid it. If I leave it as that, and never return to Atlanta, will there be any consequences such as (but not limited to):

1) License Suspension

2) Insurance Notification

3) Appear on background checks

4) Any other legal ramifications

Answer probably depends on whether an officer wrote you the ticket, or it was from an automated red light camera. I'm assuming the latter.

I don't know what the system is in Georgia, all I can tell you is what would happen if you did that here.

1) no.

2) no

3) no

4) it would be forwarded to a collection agency, and if you still didn't pay it, i would appear on your credit report as an unpaid debt, eventually a judgment.
