Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Washington

My father's will is very vague but he and his wife had a pre-nup. How long is this valid? or does he need to update the will?

A prenuptial agreement has no set period of validity (unless one is specified), but they are not absolutely determinative. As to whether your father should up date his will, that would depend on whether circumstances have changed from when it was written and whether it continues to reflect his intentions.
