I was woundering if maybe you could help me find my fathers will. He past away on 8/7/08 and his name was JacK.S.Passinetti..If not can you help me find out who to contact or were to go Thank you.

Assuming he was a resident of Washington, you may want to check the courthouse will repository in the county in which he resided, next step may be to check to see if he had a safe deposit box with the bank where he ad his accounts. Next, if he lived in a smaller jurisdiction would be to send a (short) letter to the attorneys in the area, and of course there is always physical search of his residence and papers.
