That depends. My best estimate for a non-intervention probate with no problems is 5-6 months. You have to know what you are doing and this situation is best left to a lawyer who does this al of the time as I do. Please contact me if you have any questions.Good Luck!

If everything goes perfectly, four months or so.

Creditors need time to respond.

Four months presumes no excitement whatsoever, and that is very hard to predict.
