You should be able to petition the court to allow you to withdraw, and to appoint a sucessor PR in your place. You can find relevant statutes in RCW chapter 11, www.leg.wa.gov/rcw/.You might check out forms at http://www.wa-probate.com/, and if you're in King County, the 2003 King County Probate Procedures and Policy manual (can be found at the KC Law Library at the courthouse).

If you need help, or don't want to handle this on your own, please feel free to contact me. Thanks,

Michelle
