sex tape

My ex made a sex tape of us without my permission and then uploaded to a porn site without my permission. Can I sue for this?

Yes, this would seem to qualify as actionable defamation in the Commonwealth. However, if you won a judgment against him, would he have any money and/or assets that you could collect against (other than what he may have already received from the porn site)?

Yes, you can sue. You may also want to include claims for invasion of privacy as well as an injunction against him and the site, if the site will not voluntarily remove it. The first step may be a letter from your lawyer to the ex and the web site owner.
