How do you file a contempt of court order against a ex husband who is behind on arrears as well as current support?I also need to know how I can obtain the name of the last job he worked and if he quit as he did all his other jobs because if he did he was not allowed to file for a modification of child support.

I do not practice in West Virginia, so this is an idea, not legal advice.
It's likely that West Virginia's Department of Health and Human Services has a child support division. Call the CSD and ask them if they can take your case for collection purposes. The Montana CSED does not charge for parents on state benefits, and charges a nominal fee for the rest of the parents. CSDs have access to computer programs that help them locate obligated parents and attach wages, tax refunds, etc.
